We have been in our new home for six months and are immensely happy with the move. We looked off and on for almost two years before finding it. Christine Price was wonderful to work with. She sent email alerts for homes she thought we would be interested in and NEVER whined or grumbled when we wanted to see one, and after two years, we saw plenty. Christine is personable, friendly, reasonable and honest. And while the services of a realtor are not cheap, I am comfortable knowing that such an important transaction is being handled by a professional. I valued Ms. Price's input through the entire process and she was willing to provide suggestions when appropriate. I have purchased homes in the past both on my own and with a realtor and can only say I would not do it without a professional in today's market. I consider the commission as money well invested. Though I hope I will not need Ms. Price's services in the future, I would not hesitate to enlist them should I need them. She is a shining representative of your office and company and I have gratuitously recommended her to friends, relatives and neighbors. You are lucky to have her as an agent.
